The Best Learner Award is awarded to extraordinary learner of each intake who display positive learning attitude, contribute to self and others' learning and is highly recommended/nominated by the respective Adult Educators.

To be eligible for this award, the best learner will need to complete the CBCC Course and pass its assessment.
