Refund Policy

  • Cancelled Course - If the course is cancelled by IBS, all Learners will entitled to a 100% refund regardless of notice period and given option to defer to next course.

  • Withdrawal from Course - If the Learner choose to withdraw from the course after making payment:

    1. More than 7 days before course commencement (100% refund).

    2. Before, but not more than 3 days before the Course Commencement Date (50% refund).

    3. After, but not more than 3 days after the Course Commencement Date (10% refund).

    4. More than 3 days after the Course Commencement Date (No Refund).

  • No Show from Course - If the Learner did not attend the course and miss the 75% attendance requirement.

    1. With Supporting Documents: Allow to defer to next course intake and no refund is needed. *Supporting Documents accepted are a) Medical Certificates, b) Death Certificate, c) Air Ticket, d) Official Letter from Organisation.

    2. No Supporting Documents and/or No Notice: Not allow to defer to next course intake and no refund.
