Trademark Policy

IBS has registered Institute of Blockchain® (7 June 2018) and Certified Blockchain Consultant® (23 July 2020) as Trademarks within Singapore and other countries.

Please comply with the following IBS's Trademark Policy:

• To add a ® symbol after all referencing of Institute of Blockchain® and/or Certified Blockchain Consultant®.

• Any organisations/users are not permitted to use the referencing of Institute of Blockchain® and/or Certified Blockchain Consultant® in anywhere, even without the ®.

Exceptions:

1. Hashtagging and tagging in social medias are permitted.

2. When communicating with IBS in email or other digital medias.

3. Use of referencing in platforms that do not support special symbols such as ®

• For clarifications or to seek permission to use the logos of Institute of Blockchain® and/or Certified Blockchain Consultant®, please obtain permission in writing via email: admin@ibs.edu.sg
